Anxiety & OCD

Part of Integrative Psychiatry

  • Major Depressive Disorder
  • Bipolar Spectrum Disorders
  • Seasonal Affective Disorder

When pharmacotherapy is indicated, medications are selected carefully with shared decision making. Adjustments are made collaboratively, with ongoing follow-up to ensure both safety and progress.

  • Executive Function Challenges
  • Emotional Dysregulation
  • Late-Diagnosed Adult ADHD

Controlled substances such as stimulants or benzodiazepines are not offered via telehealth. Patients in New York who are able to be seen in person are eligible for clinically appropriate controlled substance prescriptions, subject to thorough evaluation and ongoing monitoring.

PTSD & Complex PTSD
